Wallace and Gromit Curse of the Were Rabbit

In 2002 Nick Park and Steve Box asked me to paint a series of Concept Paintings for Wallace and Gromits animated feature film 'The Curse of the Were Rabbit'.

Concept Art is an ideal way develop the look of an animated film before it's made. These images are then used to show the set designers, lighting camera dept and of course DreamWorks an idea of what they have to make, light and fund.

Both Nick and Steve were very clear on what they wanted from the concept paintings, and the proof that some of the images are very close to the final film is testament to Nick and Steve's direction of the whole crew.
