Like all the other paintings I do, this one came from a drawing. Several years ago during an exhibition at Durlston Country Park, situated above Swanage, I was sat idoly looking at the extinguishers in the bungerlow I was staying in. As I sat there they looked like they were singing, a chorus of sound flooded the room, and for a moment they had a conductor, but who I wondered is controling whom.
